Why I Created Lead Like Her

 

 

 

I created Lead Like Her because I know what it feels like to be the woman who can hold everything together on the outside while quietly carrying pressure, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion on the inside.

For years, I knew how to achieve.

I knew how to push through.

I knew how to be responsible, capable, and strong.

But I also learned that success built from pressure eventually starts to cost you your peace, your presence, your body, and your ability to actually enjoy what you are creating.

Lead Like Her is the work I wish more high-achieving women had access to.

Not another program that teaches you how to do more.

A space that helps you lead yourself differently.
